An animation cel featuring Persia from Mahou no Yousei Persia!  It took me a long time to track this one down, and it's one of my favorites in my collection.

It doesn't come with a sketch or any paper behind it, as you can see.

I bought this about twenty years ago because I was a huge fan of the series.  I have decided to sell my anime cels in order to make ends meet.
