Hardcover with Dust Jacket, bound in yellow cloth 9 3/4" x 11 3/4", 21 pages + 24 unnumbered leaves with a large tipped-in plate on the recto of each leaf + 1-page colophon. In addition to the 24 color plates that are tipped in, there are 6 black-and-white plates that are tipped-in throughout the text at the beginning of the book. TEXT IS MOSTLY IN HUNGARIAN with some French.

"Béla Czóbel (4 September 1883 – 30 January 1976) was a Hungarian painter, known for his association with The Eight in the early 20th century in Budapest. They were known for introducing Post-Impressionist styles into Hungary, in addition to Fauvism, Cubism and Expressionism." --beginning of the Wikipedia article on Béla Czóbel.

CONDITION:   The book is in Very Good+ condition in a Very Good+ dust jacket. The book has light spotting to the top edge, but the yellow covers are bright due to the presence of the jacket. The book is tight and intact with a clean interior --without ANY markings by previous owner(s). The dust jacket has some light edge and corner wear. Please examine all thirteen photographs of this book for a better idea of its condition.
