    Canopy Fittings are made of galvanized steel with welded nuts and eye bolts for easy installation.

    Instructions for assembly are included with all Canopy Kits.

     


    3/4" Fittings pair with 3/4" EMT.  Actual Fitting Inside Diameter is 0.985".

    1” Fittings pair with 1” EMT.  Actual Fitting Inside Diameter is 1.255".

    1-1/2" Fittings pair with 1-1/4" EMT.  Actual Fitting Inside Diameter is 1.550".



    Do-It-Yourself Canopy Parts Kits are useful for a variety purposes. The most common are greenhouses and carports for: RVs, boats, cars, trucks, motorcycles, jet skis, and other outdoor equipment. They also make great shelters for outdoor workshops, awnings, shade structures for porches, patios, kids' play areas, and vendor booths.  

    Canopy Parts Kits are user friendly and affordable. Constructed of galvanized steel, the parts require minimal maintenance, are rust-resistant and will not be subject to termites, mold and rot that affect wooden structures. They do not require specialized equipment or advanced construction skills to assemble. The pre-made canopy fittings have slip-fit/eye bolt connections to make installation quick and easy. Design to suit your needs and space. You can even modify it should your needs change in the future. They can be used for temporary, semi-permanent, or permanent purposes.

    A Low Slope Awning is an excellent way to provide protection from sun and rain, especially when unilateral water drainage is desired. Awnings are designed to attach directly to a building. This economical design saves money because less Canopy Fittings and EMT poles are needed than when building a stand-alone Canopy structure. Low Slope Awnings are often used as carports, and shade structures for porches/patios. Protective structural coverings to consider are; polycarbonate panels, clear or colored tarps, canvas, vinyl, plastic film sheets, shade cloth, shade nets, chicken wire and corrugated metal, other. *Also sold separately.

     


Slope Awning Kits come complete with all Roof Fittings and Mounting Brackets. Low Slope Roof Fittings have a 102 degree angle with a 2.5" rise per foot. Custom options include: Fitting Size, Canopy Size, Foot Pads and Side Wall Fittings.

Custom Options:

1. Fitting Size - Select your desired Fitting Diameter, (3/4", 1" or 1-1/2"). 3/4" Fittings pair with 3/4" EMT poles. 1" Fittings pair with 1" EMT poles. 1-1/2" Fittings pair with 1-1/4" EMT poles.

2. Canopy Size - Select your desired structure size indicated by roof square foot coverage. This Kit provides Fittings to space your Canopy poles every 10' down the length. 10' Frame Spacing is the industry standard. This economy spacing is ideal if minimal modifications of EMT poles is preferred (EMT come in standardized 10' lengths). 

3. Foot Pads - For temporary, semi-permanent and permanent structures, Foot Pads provide stabilization and ground anchor points for your Canopy structure. The base of each Foot Pad Fitting has four pre-drilled holes. One in the center designed for rainwater drainage and three on the perimeter allowing anchor nails or hardware of your choice to secure your structure to the ground.

4. Side Wall Fittings - Add the option of 1 Side Wall. The Side Wall upgrade not only ties your Canopy structure legs together for added horizontal strength but will also provide an attachment point to fixate a side cover.

Low Slope Awning 10'x20' (Standard 10' Frame Spacing) configurations come with 6 Roof Fittings, 10 Mounting Brackets, and the custom options of; 3 Foot Pads, and 1 Side Wall (3 Fittings).
Low Slope Awning 10'x30' (Standard 10' Frame Spacing) configurations come with 8 Roof Fittings, 15 Mounting Brackets, and the custom options of; 4 Foot Pads, and 1 Side Wall (4 Fittings). 
Low Slope Awning 10'x40' (Standard 10' Frame Spacing) configurations come with 10 Roof Fittings, 20 Mounting Brackets, and the custom options of; 5 Foot Pads, and 1 Side Wall (5 Fittings). 
Low Slope Awning 10'x50' (Standard 10' Frame Spacing) configurations come with 12 Roof Fittings, 25 Mounting Brackets, and the custom options of; 6 Foot Pads, and 1 Side Wall (6 Fittings).
