These are still sealed in plastic and measure about 13" long; I believe they are designed for 2.5" tubes.  Chains, weights, brackets are all not included, again sale is just for the expanding roller sets.  

I can't find any branding on these but I believe were made by Denny Manufacturing as they had an instruction sheet from them when I got these.
