This listing features a POISON APPLE ceramic mug from Snow White. It is from the Disney Store. It has never been used or displayed and is NEW in the original manufacturer's box. The box is in good to very good condition, not perfect. It is a plain brown box without any pictures on it. The manufacturer has applied stickers with the item number and UPC code. The icing drizzled over the apple is actually more of a pearlized cream color, not pure white. It may appear whiter in the photo's due to lighting.

PLEASE NOTE: This may NOT be dishwasher safe. The bottom does not have any information pertaining to this matter. For the sake of safety and clarity, I think that it would be wise to presume that this item is hand washable only. I checked with Disney, and they state that it is dishwasher safe. Due to the uncertainty that exists over the matter, I would recommend handwashing it. This would preserve the integrity of the paint quality for a longer period of time.

The shipping & handling on this item will be FREE to anywhere in the contiguous continental USA. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. This item will ship through the United States Postal Service via PRIORITY MAIL, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. We package items for shipment within 1 business day of receiving payment. We ask that payment be made no later than three days from the date of purchase.

When we package your item for shipment, we will send you an e-mail to provide you with a Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation Number. In regard to missing packages, if the delivery carrier states that they delivered your package, then you will need to file a complaint or claim through them. We cannot and do not accept responsibility for packages that cannot be located, or those that allegedly go missing after the carrier service indicates that they were delivered.

We do not customarily accept returns on items purchased with us. If your package gets returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund within one business day of receiving it in its originally sent condition. The shipping & handling both ways will be deducted from the refund amount.

We only cater to buyers that are registered on Ebay in the United States. We do NOT sell or process orders that are made by Ebay users registered in foreign countries. We do NOT ship internationally, or to APO/FPO, post office boxes, shipping centers or mailing forwarding centers.
