New without tag.  May have some minimal fuzziness on liner due to storage and handling.  

Returns - Items must be returned in original condition.  If items are new with tags, they should have tags attached at time of return.  Items should not be worn or have any signs of use (perfume odor, smoke odor, pet hair, stains etc)
