Here is a delightful decorative and framed plate. This one is in excellent condition and it is framed with the COA included. The plate is called Wild Wings, Evening Flight, wood ducks. The plate was by David Maas - 1999 USA with the COA. This plate is outstanding with superb colors and an octagonal wooden frame and clear glass.
