שבועה לצבא-הגנה לישראל. טופס צבאי (א.כ.א./500), עם שמו של החיילת  פלץ חיה והתאריך 20.4.1948

בטופס נדפס נוסח השבועה לצה"ל.

ביום 28 ביוני 1948 (זמן ההפוגה הראשונה במלחמת העצמאות) פרסם הרמטכ"ל יעקב דורי את "פקודת יום מס' 1 – ליום ההשבעה של צבא הגנה לישראל", בה נכתב בין היתר "במורא אחריות וברטט קדושה, נעמוד ביום זה להישבע שבועת אמונים למדינת ישראל... עם שבועתנו הנאמנה למדינתנו, נכריז ביום זה קבל עם, עולם ומלואו – כי נשבענו לא להניח לנשקנו, לא לחסוך מעצמנו כל עמל ותלאה, לא להירתע מכל קרבן שיידרש, עד ימוגר האויב הזדוני ויושכן שלום עדי עד בארצנו-מולדתנו...".
