Domestic and International Postage

• For standard shipping, depending on the delivery country, we use reliable delivery companies. Higher value parcels will be sent with tracking number and (or) signature requirement. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator.

• According to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed.
• Delivery to countries like Russia, South America countries, etc. take longer because of strict customs inspection.

Please Notice:

• Delivery time after dispatch depends only on postal operator and might be different each time as it is influenced by several factors: distance, amount of parcels that postal operators have to handle at that particular time, unexpected circumstances, etc. During peak periods delivery to any country will take longer.
• If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time or you think that something could be wrong with the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for refund only.
• Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to agree on a return.
• Returns are not free, customer pays for return expenses.
• Items that you want to return must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and with all labels (if they had them) attached. Copy of purchase invoice must be enclosed.
• We recommend to use registered (signed-for) postal service.
