Bayley in a Champion vs. Champion Match".  The card is number 39 in the set, is numbered out of 50 on back, and is in nrmt-mt condition.  See pics for details.  Shipping is FREE in the U.S. via USPS Economy Mail / Standard Envelope (plain white envelope).  Shipping via USPS First Class is available in a bubble mailer for an additional $3.50.  Shipping outside the U.S. is $2.50 via USPS Economy International.
