Vintage 1980s Shane & Co Blue Jean Acid Wash Denim Purse Bag Tote Taiwan.

The back has black spots as shown in the photos. I am guessing the black is not original but not certain. It does not affect the bag other than appearance. It may be an ink stain, I am just guessing- I will price to reflect the imperfection.
