Please see pictures for condition. I would consider these in good condition for their age. Normal wear and tear for the most part, like a bent corner, some fading/discoloration, etc. I by no means have attempted to grade these. I do not have comic bags or backer boards for these, so they will be put into a gallon bag for protection and then sealed into front and back cardboard.
