37 piece all stainless steel. Stainless steel rivets are required over aluminum for mounting our door skins as they are triple strength of aluminum and wont tarnish over time as aluminum will. 2 different lengths are provided as is required for proper fit. This KIS is designed as the proper number of rivets required to apply door metal door skins over OEM military HUMVEE doors.
Rivets are 3/16” diameter and use a 3/16” drill bit for installation.
Effective lengths (IN) for both sizes of 3/16IN SS blind rivets in that hardware kit are:
0.312-0.500
and
0.437-0.625
