Penrose is an Italian company that specialises in wedding underwear but I feel these items should not just be kept for weddings, they can be worn in any season.  They are made in Italy with great love and care and attention to detail.

Penrose Nude or "Skin" high leg, thong backed body with beige straps attached to preformed U/W cups plus a diamond shaped panel which forms the tummy control. The preformed cups are covered with fine nude fabric and this is turned over the top of the cups so the cups have a smooth edge and this is secured in place by the inner lining of the cups.   This body runs straight across at the back.   The cups have added pads which may be removed if not required for a bit more boost.

NB:   From trying on some of these tummy control bodies in our shop on customers, they work well if people have lost weight and are squishy, so they are great but if you have a tummy as hard as a rock then the control panel tends to pull the bodysuit down away from the breasts as you do not go in but out around the overall waist area.  So even a corset cannot pull some tummies in very much - be honest with yourself.  This is a great control body at the front and back if you body is soft, otherwise it will not work and may be uncomfortable.

They are also quite hard to get into, as with many body control items, but once on they look great.  If you do not like having to struggle to get into something, then buy a larger body size but go down a cup size.  They are easy to take off.

The body attaches under the cups, the underwires are picked out with beige stitching and the body has seams down each side.  The main front panel has a diamond shape in the centre and two wide bands around the front leg sides which enable the leg sides to be lazer cut so there is a clean edge which will not fray and this feature also helps to keep the bottom of the body in place.

From the side panels the back has a single panel down over the bottom with the thong stem and the gusset.  At the top, the back has a slight swoop and is edged inside with a band of beige elastic with a ribbed trim which shows over the top, this is secured to the back panel with large beige zig-zag stitches.   The back thong stem has the fabric turned in and this is sewn in place with fine beige zig-zag stitches. There are two rows of three beige hooks and eyes at the gusset, and the gusset is lined with nude cotton.   

The adjustable beige straps have a little detail along each side, they have beige hooks which slot through nude loops at the back and inside the top of the cups - they are adjustable and detachable so this body may be worn halter necked or cross backed or the normal way.  Please do not use the straps to pull the body up but use the body, and the top of the cups to pull it up.   If you pull it up by the straps you can pull out the loops.

The composition of the body fabric is 75%Polyamide, 20%Elastane 5%Pu.  This body may be machine washed at 30 degrees.  It may also be hand washed on cool.  Do not use bleach or tumble dry but line dry. New and unused. The RRP was £88.40.  I bought one and washed it first and had no problems.
