Fits all Corvette models from 1997-2004. 

If your headlight bounces excessively when driving down the road, then this kit may solve your problem. 

This kit rebuilds one (1) linkage arm that connects the headlight motor to the headlight itself. If you need to rebuild both sides, then please select a quantity of two (2) items. You will receive a significant volume discount for two or more items. 

The linkage arms are no longer available from GM so rebuilding your originals is the only option. The plastic bushing/bearing that is riveted inside the linkage arm pivot joint tends to wear out with time and causes sloppiness and metal to metal contact in the headlight to motor linkages. This kit will restore your linkage arms to new condition and also makes the plastic bushing easy to replace in the future. 

This listing also includes one (1) nylon bushing/bearing than snaps into the other end of the linkage arm where it attaches to the headlight and the retainer.  

Some photos show a linkage arm for REFERENCE ONLY. The linkage arm itself IS NOT INCLUDED. This listing is for the HARDWARE ONLY shown in the first picture. 


TOOLS REQUIRED: You will need a Dremel tool, die grinder, or bench grinder to grind off the expanded part of the rivet and a punch & hammer to drive it out. You will also need a 1/4-inch drill bit to drill out the smaller hole on the smaller half of the linkage arm. Red Loc-Tite for the nut is also recommended but not required.
