Important Note:

  • SD card and TF card can NOT be read simultaneously, USB can work with either SD or TF card simultaneously.
  • Please enabled your OTG function on your USB-C smartphone before plugging in.
  • Please use 5GHz WiFi when read your USB 3.0 flash drive, because USB 3.0 flash drive will interface with 2.4GHz WiFi.
  • All smartphones only support FAT32 or exFat format. It CANNOT recognize NTFS format, so please backup the files on your memory card and format the NTFS memory card into FAT32 or exFAT format.

The warranty cannot be renewed once the  replacement is issued. Meaning that we do not start a new warranty  period for the replacement product.
