Shear rings are not certified for use in California. You agree that these will not be used and seller has no liability if you choose to install them. The rings are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with you. Should the rings prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

You must verify if you are legally allowed to use these aftermarket shear rings on your EVR breakaways. Your state may require that all reattachment repairs be made by a certified and licensed professional. We do not recommend that you install these unless you are properly licensed or certified to make the repairs yourself.

In no event the seller will be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the shear rings.
