The filter bag provides final filtration of the rain water entering the tank (sitting under the leaf strainer).
All fine particles such as dust & sediment are collected by the bag.
The bag is easily cleaned to maintain the water quality in your tank.
It is important to use a filter bag in every tank as it helps to protect the pump form damage from fine particles.
Prevents sludge from accumulating at the bottom of your tank.
The filter bag comes in two sizes: 300mm & 400mm.
Depth from the top of the blue ring to the bottom is 39cm (the white filter material depth is 29cm).
