Buyers are expected to pay within 24 (twenty-four) hours, but no longer than 48 (forty-eight) hours, regardless of whether or not you win the item through the auction process or commit to purchase the item through the Buy-It-Now feature. If payment  is not received within 48 (forty-eight) hours, shortly thereafter Seller will cancel the transaction in accordance with eBay policies. 

It should be noted however, that each cancellation with a "Buyer hasn't paid" reason is recorded against the buyer in eBay's System; and the buyer's ability to leave feedback is blocked and if the buyer has already left feedback, the feedback is removed. Buyers with excessive cancellations in eBay's system for "Buyer hasn't paid" reasons may be suspended by eBay for abusive buying practices.

EBay now manages all payments for your purchases, making checkout a more flexible and easier experience. There are now more payment options, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. The choice is yours. If you desire, you can have your payment method and card information saved in eBay's secure system to use for future purchase. Again however, the choice is yours. 

Once payment is received, the item will ususally be shipped within 48 hours or less. All domestic purchases will be shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS), Priority Mail or by First-Class Mail Package, if the package weighs under 16 ounces or less.

Domestic shipping rates includes all fifty states in the United States of America, Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs), Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO), its territories and possessions, which includes American Samoa, Manua Island, Swain’s Island, Tutuila Island, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Commonwealth of the Rota Island, Saipan Island, Tinian Island, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U. S. Virgin Islands, St. Croix Island, St John Island, St Thomas Island, Wake Atoll, and Wake Island.

All international purchases will also be shipped via the USPS, but by First-Class Mail International Service. Some country restrictions may apply. Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For security reasons, item will only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address, and not to post offices boxes or similar addresses.

Returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase. Request for returns must be made through eBay and must be returned in same condition item was sent to you, including tags attached and boxes when applicable. Refund will be for the price of the item only. Original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded, unless you receive a item that differs from what is described in the listing.

Customer satisfaction is important to me. A seller's eBay feedback rating represents that seller's reputation as a seller. Feedback is the basis of trust on eBay.

Although I do not have that many feedback ratings, I am not a new eBay seller. However, this is a new eBay account for me. On my other eBay account, I have a 100% positive feedback rating.
