Avon Holiday Treasures 2002 Hot Air Balloon porcelain ornament with gold cord hanger. In good condition, though the bottom has an operating mechanism-the battery isn't replaceable . I have checked other selling sites, no one can seem to replace this battery or get it out. I bought from a thrift store while living in Napa Valley like this. No chips or anything. When hanging the bottom "basket"  is held by six gold thin chains & looks like it is swaying.

Approx. 4 1/8" long (6 1/8" long with gold cord). Balloon itself has the year 2002 on it 3x's in gold, gold outlines, red bows🎀 and green garland. The "basket" has smaller red bows 🎀 with gold bells & the garland and gold outline, very well detailed.

No box but will be wrapped good in bubble wrap when shipped.
