This is a Quality made ships cargo lantern that is ornamental and functional, A sturdy brass lamp with parts soldered and copper riveted together, it offers all-round illumination with glass on all sides, when Electric lamp is lit creates a nice ambience. Lamp takes a E27 , 40W Bulb, and come with a U.K standard 3 pin plug on a long 2.3 meter lead with switch.

 Although today not suitable for marine use, these replica ships navigation lamps are functional. They are sturdily constructed in brass metal with glass lenses and is Approx  2.8 k in weight. Has brass fittings for suspending from ropes or wall brackets.

This is a classic piece which would look good in any home display. 

Approx size: height to top of handle 510 mm (20 inches), to top of lamp 400 mm (15.7 inches) and 165 mm across (6.5 inches).
