This is a lovely, unique, well-preserved, hand-wrought headscarf decoration.  It dates probably from late 19th  century.  It is met in the region of Pleven, Bulgaria. It is worn by the women on festivals and weddings. Maximum length is 9 cm, width -  4 cm. It weighs 22 grams.
