This dress is in excellent condition with no flaws to note. It was made in the USA. This features an elasticized waistband, a lined bottom half, and cuff-able sleeves with slits. 

This dress is marked a size Small, but please check the measurements below as sizing varies from maker to maker and from decade to decade.

Lying flat, it measures 15 inches from shoulder to shoulder, 17-1/2 inches across the chest, 11-1/2 inches at the waist (not stretched) and 19-1/2 inches across the bottom hem. The sleeves are 17 inches long cuffed (19-1/2 inches long not cuffed) and the total length of the dress is 36-1/2 inches (18 inches long from the waist to the bottom hem.
