This annual heirloom has stunning burgundy leaves and interesting flower heads that

make a beautiful back drop to any garden. The entire plant of Amaranth Hopi Red Dye is

edible including the black seeds! Can also be eaten as microgreens.

Mature plant grows 6 ft high.

Start this plant outside after danger of frost has passed. Pretty drought resistant and easy to grow. Once grown, there is a very high likelihood that it will reseed.
