SHIPPING POLICY

We ship WORLDWIDE. We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING to the USA & Canada and $14.99 per item shipping to every other country. Our contracted shippers are DHL Express and FedEx, but we also use EMS postal service, depending on the weight and the destination. We always choose the delivery method that is most optimal for our customers.

Handling time: 
We ship our items from Budapest, Hungary usually within 1-3 business days after payment received.

Estimated shipping times:
USA and Canada: 2-6 business days
Europe: 1-2 business day
Other countries: 2-8 business days

For EU-resident buyers the total price include all taxes and duties. For other, non-EU international orders import duties by the destination country’s customs authorities (if any) are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We ship according to the Incoterms 2020 Delivered at Place (DAP) clause.

For U.S. Customers:

As of 29 August 2025, purchases under $800 are no longer customs duty-free. Expect to pay the new Trump tariff when ordering goods from abroad.

PAYMENT POLICY

We offer a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other regionally accepted payment forms. Kindly complete your payment promptly following your purchase, as we can proceed with shipping your package once the payment is successfully received.

RETURN POLICY

At European Products Store, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In case of missing items or items damaged in transit please contact us within two business days of receipt of the parcel. Please be sure to include photos of the parcel at the time of delivery and a protocol of the damage taken by the courier or the local office of the courier service.

If your complaint is accepted, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on damaged or missing items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

We offer a selection of limited edition Nespresso capsules, including rare collector’s pieces that may have exceeded their best before date. Please note that we do not accept returns for Nespresso capsules with the reason that the product is expired if they are explicitly labeled as such on the product page. Always ensure to check the precise best before date of the product on the product page before placing your order.

Please be aware that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for food items (including supplements) in cases of buyer’s remorse or ordering errors. All sales of food items are considered final. This policy ensures compliance with legal regulations and maintains product safety and quality.
