In most cases, delivery takes around 3-9 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping  carrier (AU POST or other express service). Estimated delivery date is  calculated by eBay system, delivery times may vary, especially during  peak periods. 

We only send items to the registered eBay address. Please edit your postal address before check out. Buyer is responsible for any extra postage cost caused by incorrect shipping address.

If there's any problem with the item you received, please kindly send us a message on eBay, we'll reply in 12 hours.

If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please send us a picture showing the damaged part and let us know the problem as detailed as possible. We will then supply you with new item.

Conditions of returns are as follows:

1.Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item.

2.Freight fees are non refundable.

3.The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange.

4.We will try our best to provide the photos that show the color as close as original. However, different screens maybe display different color, so we do not accept return equires based on the color variation.

5.Please read the descripiton and dimension of the item carefully before you make an order. All the size has been stated in the details. Therefore, the postage fees are not refundable based on the resizing enquires.
