Serial number of unit was 8901380.  Thus unit does NOT have the Rate control.  I also have another slightly different head unit - see other listing.  I also have many other parts - please inquire for custom discount package deal.

Most of the wire were unplugged, but a couple were cut (see photos). Cap missing from one Button/Light (see photo).
