The details in the construction of this piece are like couture. Has a solid silk lining. The content and care labels are missing. But it is made from quality silk inside and out. This piece should be dry cleaned only by professionals . Delight to wear fits over hips and flares out when you move, just too pretty! Waist measures 30” and hips measure 44”it’s got a full skirt. Lining is cut on the bias so it flows around the body. Length is 23”.
