Payment

Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.
We ship to your eBay address. Please make sure your eBay address is correct before you pay.
Any special request cannot be accepted after 24 hours of payment, because most of orders will be processed instantly and same day dispatched.

Shipping & Handling

Your item will be sent via Australia Post or courier (Fastway(PFL)/TOLL/Allied Road) depending on its size and weight.

It normally takes 2-6 days for delivery. Orders on Friday may be processed on following Monday.

Package will be sent out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared.

Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items that are too heavy, too large or more than 1 meter in size. If the item purchased exceeds the above conditions, please do not fill in the po boxes address.

We will not be responsible for any delivery failure due to unclear address.

Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Return & Warranty

If the item is defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please return it within 14 days for a replacement.

But the items must be back in factory condition. Please contact us and double check the return address before you return it.
If is item is defective in 1 months, you can return it to us. We will send you a new replacement after receiving the defective item.
