This is a vintage portable mini television, in black and white screen with a cassette tape player. This combo device was probably made in the 1980's and is Elta model 2211. It is kept in a good vintage condition, without damages, except the power cord is missing and the batteries cover as well. But the device works on batteries and is functional and working. 
The screen size is 4.5".
