Made by government contractor Skillcraft for the US military. This is the US Army issue replacement reservoir for the 3 liter / 100 oz Hydramax hydration system.

Features a thermoplastic polyurethane replacement water canteen bladder with a 2.25” diameter tan threaded filler cap, an extra long hose and a covered bite valve with an on/off lever.
