Comes with one blade already installed on the knife.

You can choose the option for extra blades in the drop down menu.

The extra blades are NOT Dewalt branded but they are good quality blades.

I use the blades myself and I found them superior to other blades in the same category.

Makita cutter is able to hold extra blades in its cartridge.  So after the blade goes bad, simply slide it out and retract.  A new blade will be put in place.

This is NOT for both Dewalt and Makita cutters together.  They are being sold separately.
