We've done over 30 thousand repairs and are still learning.  We use original parts when we can.  Batteries (which we buy off market and are new) are the main culprit in returns.  About 7% will fail thus our 90 return policy.  The good news is that You get to choose the remedy.  Ship it back and if it is defective then you get the full refund.  I'm happy to do an exchange.  I'll even knock off 10% of the sales price once you ship it back for the replacement.    If you don't like the product for any reason - return it.  We even pay for shipping.   We have plenty of repair listings but feel free to message me should you have a special request.  We do understand for some, memories are held in these devices.  We will treat them as if they are our own.
