Notice: To avoiding the scratch on machine, the blue protective film was left on stainless steel plate when making machines, the film could be cleaned completed, just remove four screws on bottom of machine and separate of base plate, protective film could be cleaned totally.

Instruction:

1. Open the box and install the handle

2. Push shaft up to adjust the distance between the knife and the screw

3. Pierce a stick into the potato

4. Place the longer end of the stick across the hole above the knife

5. Place the other end of the stick into the hole in the screw

6. Rotate the handle clockwise to cut the potato
