Zirconia Corundum Torque Sand Disc: The high quality zirconia abrasive particles are attached to the surface of the abrasive cloth by electrostatic sand planting. The effective grinding aids are added to the surface of the zirconia corundum to prevent loading and reduce heat accumulation. Abrasive cloth can choose X cloth and Y cloth, which can increase the elasticity and hardness of the sand dish.
Excellent for use carbon steel, cast iron, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, or hard woods as well as heat sensitive materials such as stainless steel, nickel alloy or cobalt alloys.
Abrasive grain has high abrasion resistance and hardness. The surface is attached with thermal and blocking resistant coating, which can improve the grinding efficiency and service life.The heavy cloth base with high toughness cotton backing cloth makes dish more elastic and suitable to plane and side grinding, also increase plastic links with the disc. The black plastic knob is made of PE without adding recycling material. High toughness will not break off.
