Exquisite Native American Zuni inlay Sleeping beauty turquoise sterling silver turtle post earrings. Stamped Sterling silver& signed by artist Amelda Peynetsa. Conditions are new with tags.

There are 12 hand cut stones soldered and inlayed into a silver bezel. With gorgeous silver work surrounding the stones.

There are also slivers of silver separating the stones.

Each earring is approximately 5/16 inch’s wide and 1/2 inch long.

Sleeping Beauty turquoise is noted for its solid, light blue color with no matrix. The host rock is granite. Sleeping Beauty turquoise is the favorite of Zuni Pueblo lapidaries and silversmiths for the purity in color. This mine was one of the largest in North America.

They are set in sterling silver.
