Warranty Information

All items sold have a 90 days Wholesale Broker Replacement/Repair Warranty.

Items may or may not have the remaining manufacturer warranty even if it is an open box item.

Items that have "recertified stickers" are not refurbished rather open box checked items certified to be resold again.

Any technical problems must first be handled by the manufacturer or the refurbisher of the product, in most situations we will refer you to the best contact available. The buyer is responsible for registering their product with the manufacturer or refurbisher and sending in proof of purchase that we provide to activate the warranty if available.
