Returns:
Please read the description of the item before you buy. We don't accept returns/exchanges because of change of mind or ordered by mistake. We are happy to answer any questions you have before you make a purchase. We strive to reply to your questions asap.
In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 3 days from the date of receipt to contact the seller to come up with a resolution.
Defective items must be packaged in their original retail packaging and please indicate a detailed description of the problem by contacting the seller.
Damages to the product can happen during transit. In case you received a damage item, please contact the seller immediately. We can offer replacement parts or exchange for a new item. All items we sell are brand new sealed in their original packaging unless indicated otherwise.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order anymore.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 1 business day after payment is received. We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Late shipments might occur from time to time especially during the holiday season. Please contact the seller if you have any questions regarding your order.
We only ship to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If you live in non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska) or off-shore U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, Virgin Island) or US Protectorates street, APO/ FPO and for PO Boxes; there is an additional shipping fee. Please contact seller for more info.
Please remember it is the buyer's responsibility to track the shipment of their order. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable so please make sure you have the right address on the order. Any additional shipping instructions must be indicated when placing the order.
