 Whilst every effort is taken in selecting timbers that match the advertised sizing this is subject to the availability of the timber that has been machined and cannot be guaranteed.

We DO NOT use chipboard or sterling board, ALL our sheds are timber constructed.

Our heavy duty sheds are provided with green mineral felt.

                   You must treat your building with a good quality Spirit Base or Similar Preservative straight away and we recommend annually thereafter.         

Timber is a natural material and therefore we cannot cover :-

-  building for movement, warping or splitting (this can occur naturally over time)  

-we cannot control the natural causes of the weather, therefore, we will not cover for Storm/Frost/Weather Damage.

 

PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR BUILDINGS ARE MADE TO METRIC MEASURMENTS AND NOT IMPERIAL, THEREFORE ALL BUILDINGS LISTED ARE METRIC EQUIVALENT.

     Please note: All windows are fitted with panels pins & silicone, we do not provide beading.

MOST SIZES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR REQUEST.

 

ALL DELIVERY ONLY ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED CURBSIDE ONLY WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT THROUGH EBAY!! HOWEVER WE MAY BE ABLE TO CARRY TO YOUR BASE IF ACCESS IS REASONABLE , THIS WILL BE AT THE DRIVERS DISCRETION IF HE THINKS IT IS VIABLE. 

 

Delivery Times

 

Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery in our free postcode areas.  Postcodes which are in the  £49.99 areas may take 30-40 working days for delivery.

 

We will issue an exact delivery date through eBay as soon as possible after purchase, this can take up to 7 working days.

 

Delivery is via a 7.5 or 3.5 tonne flatbed wagon, please notify us prior to ordering to notify us if access down your street would be an issue with these size vehicles. Delivery is offered as curbside.
