    • These are for .308/7.62 caliber and no larger, but will work for smaller calibers such as .243/.300 Blackout/6.8/6.5 Creedmoor as long as the barrel has the correct threads. Will fit the listed bolt action hunting rifles barrel that is threaded 5/8-24. If the thread length on your barrel is longer than standard  (.625 is standard, but brake and crush washer will work with up to .725 thread length without the need for a shim) you may need to use a shim or extra crush washer behind the brake which is not included.  This would be very rare and I have had only one buyer out of a couple hundred that had to use a shim.
