TV turns on briefly, has no video on screen then shuts off, comes back on, shuts off, repeat.-Takes 10 – 60 seconds to turn on, stays on for a bit and shuts off, comes back on, shuts off.-Red power LED blinks forever, TV doesn't turn on.
