RETURN POLICY:

Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. The item must be in unworn/unused condition or it will not be accepted. Buyer must notify seller of a return within 14 days upon delivery of their package. 

EXCHANGES:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Buyer must notify the seller of an exchange within 14 days upon delivery of their package. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation of all processed orders will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If a buyer receives a defective or wrong style/size sneaker then the restocking fee will be waived and shipping costs will be covered.

Shipping:

All items are in stock unless noted otherwise and ship within one business day. Most times, depending on the time of the sale, we will ship same day.  

As listed above under payment, your item(s) MUST have the correct shipping address at time of payment. We WILL NOT update or edit a shipping address in any way after the payment is made. Please make sure you have your address entered correctly as we are not allowed per eBay and PayPal policy to edit an address after an order has been submitted.
