Your item is usually sent the same working day after payment clears. Sometimes though,
life gets in the way and larger items may take a little longer, please be patient as we are only human.
Please note that all recorded, special delivery and next day courier items will all have to be signed for upon receipt. Please make sure someone is able to sign for your goods.
We can also give you the tracking number of your goods so you can follow progress of your delivery online.
We are happy to exchange or accept any returns within a 30 day period.
You will be entitled to a full refund on the part under the following circumstances:
1) The spare you received from us was faulty.
2) The spare you received was genuinely damaged in transit.
3) The spare you received was incorrect as a result of an error on our part.
You will be entitled to a full item refund on the part under the following circumstances:
1) You have ordered the wrong part and you wish to exchange it for the correct part.
All returned parts must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged with all original packaging
otherwise we may make a charge. Returns will not be accepted if the part has been used,
or damaged whilst being fitted to an appliance.
Refunds are given in full, but you will have to pay the cost of the return postage.
In cases of buyer error, outgoing postage will not be refunded.
Please note refunds can only be given when a copy of the purchase invoice,
a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and your
eBay user name, ID & address is included within the returned parcel.
