Alexandre-Gabriel Decamps, né à Paris le 3 mars 1803 et mort à Fontainebleau le 22 août 1860, est un peintre et graveur français, l'une des grandes figures du romantisme. Une partie importante de son œuvre est conservée au musée du Louvre à Paris, au musée Condé de Chantilly et à la Wallace Collection de Londres.

Alexandre-Gabriel Decamps, born in Paris on March 3, 1803 and died in Fontainebleau on August 22, 1860, is a French painter and engraver, one of the great figures of Romanticism. A significant part of his work is kept at the Louvre in Paris, the Condé museum in Chantilly and the Wallace Collection in London.
