Warranty Terms
1. If you ever have an issue rest assured all our products come with 12 months Australian manufacturer's warranty or Quickshop warranty, if you any issues please contact us.
2. We have in some cases direct return to manufacturers and distributers cutting down on handling and repair times.

4. All warranty returns must have be issued with RA (Return Authorisation) number before being returned to us. Mark this number clearly on the outside of the returned package. ( Not the product package)

Returns

• You have up to 30 days to return an item to us in most cases To be eligible for a return under the 30 day return policy the following criteria must be met.

- Units must still be in brand new condition in the factory sealed box.
- Units must be returned to us fit for resale (the original packaging etc must me intact)

• All returns must have be issued with RA (Return Authorisation) number before being returned to us. Mark this number clearly on the outside of the returned package. ( Not the product package)
• A 20% restocking applies to some products
• We would advise you to obtain shipping insurance for any expensive returned items, as we do not cover lost or stolen goods in transit
• Initial shipping costs to you will be deducted from any refund given for a returned product.
• Please note that return freight costs are not covered by us.
