IT 1990 Pennywise Inspired Genderbend Female Cosplay/Costume. Comes from a smoke-free home.

This listing is for a genderbend Pennywise cosplay that includes the yellow dress (size large), bolero, neck frill, cut white gloves, pink panty hose, and orange shoes (size 7.5). I wore this for Halloween 2020 for one night and tucked it away.

I modified the yellow dress by cutting it above the knees and adding the black stripe and pompoms. It also would need some stitching/sewing at the hem as I did a terrible job. The bolero and neck frill was commissioned from someone who made this beautifully but the inside material came off on one of the shoulders (you can't tell and it doesn't change the shape of the bolero (if you need pics let me know) and this was done to my measurements (message me if you want these) I wear a Med for shirts/long sleeves. The gloves are standard white satin looking with cut fingers. The pink panty hose I never wore. The orange shoes, I added orange mini pompoms. One of the shoes have a minor scuff, if you need pics, let me know. Thanks for looking!
