Before you're ready to drill glass, suggest you using cellophane tape to paste the both sides of the glass (paste prepare the drilling location).This will prevent cracked glass, when drilling operation.

If you use a hand drill, the drilling steps as below:

1. The drill position on the tile/glass stone 45 degree, then open a pit on it;

2. Slowly up the bit to 60 degrees, and then gently drill;

3. Finally reached 90 degrees, the technique requires a "wobble" of the drill rather that steady pressure straight on.

Please you remember using with water as a lubricant, extend bit life.

Another point is just a reminder: toughened glass can no longer be drilled. If the glass is tempered, please do not try any drilling and polishing operations
