Antique French, dated to late 19th early 20th century, Sugar Bowl. Made of gilded Continental silver (.800), was professional tested. 

Pierced silver holder decorated with swags and bows, it holds clear glass Bowl. 

Sugar bowl stands 4 3/4" (12 cm) high to the top of the pine cone finial; 4 1/8" (10.5 cm) in diameter at the opening.

Excellent condition, considering age.
