It must be returned unused, in its original condition and, if appropriate, still in its original packaging, by tracked shipping at the buyers expense as required. Hopefully it will be be possible to agree a resolution without returning the item for a full refund which would incur avoidable (especially international) shipping costs. If your return is agreeable then it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (including the paid shipping charge) provided that I receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent. It must be returned to me by tracked shipping by the least expensive carrier method. Irrespective of which service you choose to use, you will only be refunded the cost of the cheapest tracked method of return shipping. Please note that my default business shipping method is by Royal Mail Second Class Tracked Mail at the correct appropriate classification in consideration of the size and weight of the package.
