Up for sale is a General Electric GE240RSMVN - 24107 High Performance Electronic Ballast. I recently acquired seven of these ballasts at a local industrial supply liquidation auction. They were in a bin with several others that were all new old stock. They show no signs of ever having been used. There are no mounting marks etc. I have not tested them, but I have sold several others from the collection, and there have been no issues.
